Wow Client Freezes For A Few Sexonds Mac

Upon playing Tekkit MP, my client experiences a bearable but extremely irritating issue: it freezes for half a second every few seconds. I'm running 64 bit java, 16GB DDR3 RAM, intel i7-2600k 3.4GHz processor, AMD HD6970 graphics, 120GB SSD and 3TB HDD, running on win7 64 bit.

Hello. Whenever I connect to remote server through Remote Desktop Connection, it connects but after a few seconds it freezes. I have tried connecting to it on two different computers but the same thing happens. I can connect to other remote computers but this specific one has this problem. What's odd is that I can connect to it through an Android phone app called RD Client, but just not through Remote Desktop Connection.Wow client freezes for a few seconds mac free
I have tried disabling the audio and printers in the Local Resources tab, lowered the resolution and changed the connection settings (I have a 50mbps connection so that shouldn't be an issue), but nothing has worked so far. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Both my server and my local computer uses Windows 10 x64.
I seem to have a weird hiccup issue in a few of the games I play and have no clue what could be causing this problem. When Playing WoW I sometimes experience a slight half second hiccup or stutter when my character is idle, or when I click on other players. The same thing seems to be happening in starcraft offline mode so I don't think it's an internet issue, but maybe it could be. I was not having this issue with my old PC. All I did with this new PC was upgrade the video card and power supply. Every driver and all software is up to date.
Here are some short videos showing what my problem looks like:

Things in WoW that trigger this half second hiccup/freeze:
looting
targeting player
targeting NPC
start/end of and event
start/end of a fight with players or npc
when idle
