Rdp Client For Mac That Works

CoRD is a Mac OS X remote desktop client for Microsoft Windows computers using the RDP protocol. It's easy to use, fast, and free for anyone to use or modify. ⬇ Download CoRD 0.5.7. 2013-10-23: CoRD don't seem to work on 10.9 Mavericks. Check back next week. The SBS and RDP system all works fine from a Windows client using either IE or Firefox. On a Mac I can connect using Firefox or Safari to the Remote Web Access (RWA) page and use the remote folders fine. For remote desktop (terminal server) application hosting where the user is logging into a full desktop session, MAC users should have a good experience and there are Remote Desktop Connection Clients that can be downloaded for MACs, iphone, and ipad.

Control Your Mac Using Win Rdp Client

When working from Windows, I prefer to use RoyalTS instead of the default Microsoft RDP client, because it allows me to save multiple connections, the credentials of the connection, etc; as well has having more than 1 connection open at a time.

Is there a similar (or any) alternative to the Microsoft RDP client for connecting from OSX to Windows? Aside from VNC, that is; at this point I'm hoping to continue using the RDP protocol.

Yep, you can use TSclientX, an alternative to RDP Client for Mac OS X.

TSclientX is freeware.

I can confirm that Thinomenon's RDC has the advantage to be compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion when CoRD, TSclientX and apparently Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection are not.
