Microsoft Rdp Client For Mac 10.7.5

Active6 years, 8 months ago

When working from Windows, I prefer to use RoyalTS instead of the default Microsoft RDP client, because it allows me to save multiple connections, the credentials of the connection, etc; as well has having more than 1 connection open at a time.

I have a Mac Pro and a 120 Mbps up (2 Mbps down) broadband cable connection over my Fritbox 7390. When I use the Microsoft RDP Client or the CorD-Client on OS X (Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard - all have the same problem), the RDP connection is very slow. Hey Guys, I'm looking for a way to download the new MS RDP client for Mac from outside the App Store. I have looked online for the.dmg but all links lead back to the App Store. For Mac users, the stalwart tool has been the Microsoft Remote Desktop connection. Available now through the Mac App store, it allows users to remotely connect to a Windows desktop to access local. Is there a similar (or any) alternative to the Microsoft RDP client for connecting from OSX to Windows? Aside from VNC, that is; at this point I'm hoping to continue using the RDP protocol.

Yep, you can use TSclientX, an alternative to RDP Client for Mac OS X.

TSclientX is freeware.

I can confirm that Thinomenon's RDC has the advantage to be compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion when CoRD, TSclientX and apparently Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection are not.
